Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperDR ("Service"), operated by SuperDR ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What SuperDR Does

SuperDR is an AI-powered sales development platform. It uses artificial intelligence to research prospects, generate outbound emails, and manage sales outreach on your behalf. You direct the agent; it acts based on your configuration and approvals.

3. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content the AI generates and sends on your behalf. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. You must review and approve outbound communications before they are sent — or accept the risk if you enable autonomous sending.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated content.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam and privacy regulations.
  • You must not use the Service to send unsolicited messages to people who have opted out or are on suppression lists.
  • You must have a lawful basis for contacting prospects and processing their data.
  • You are responsible for the data you import and the emails sent through your connected mailboxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or deceptive messages
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Violate any law or third-party rights
  • Circumvent sending limits or abuse shared infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer the Service or its AI models

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations without notice.

6. Data & Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (email, enrichment, search). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.

7. No Warranty & No Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

You use SuperDR entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability whatsoever for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: email deliverability issues, domain or IP reputation damage, lost business or revenue, data loss, inaccurate AI outputs, compliance violations, or any consequences of emails sent through the platform.

Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed zero. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is inherently unreliable and that you bear full responsibility for reviewing, approving, and sending any communications through the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
